Taking a backup is no longer a problem, headache or concern. It is no longer something you have to remember to do and it is not an event you regret not having performed when something unexpectedly is no longer available. All your important documents, spreadsheets, photos, databases, sound recordings, etc can be stored on remote secure servers giving you the peace of mind that if your computer breaks down, is stolen, is wiped clean because of malicious code or human error, or if one of your files becomes corrupted you can get it back.

Our solution can be customized to your needs. A backup can be taken when the computer powers up, as it is shutting down or automatically at periodic intervals without any intervention on your part. A manual equivalent, in which you click an icon on your desktop to perform a backup, is also a standard option. Backups can be taken at any time of the day and night and our server uptime stands at over 99.9%.
When the inevitable happens, you can get your data back through a special Graphical program similar to Windows Explorer that allows you to view and download your files directly to your computer. Alternatively you can also request that a file be sent to you via password protected email, or on a CD, DVD, Blue-ray or hard disk. Thanks to our system of offline backups, you can go back in time and specifically request the data as it stood on a particular day.
A weekly archiving service to CD, DVD, Blue-ray or hard disk can be performed. The data as it stood on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and on the weekend (6 copies in total) will be delivered to you every week. These archive copies allow you to go back in time to the state your files and databases stood on a particular day. We also offer to retain archive copies of data for clients in our own data safes.
In setups that comprise a network, it is possible to perform network grouping. This process consists of having all the computers situated on the network to share one remote storage vault. The backup folders of each computer is distinct from the others. This allows for the secure and easy manipulation of each individual user’s data.
Remote Storage Backup is available as Enterprise, Business,Offsite and Customized. Remote Storage Backup technology is utilized in the Site Sync solutions.
